Development Manager Salary: $55,000 - $60,000: The Development Manager is an integral member of The Villages' Development team, responsible for planning and executing a dynamic portfolio of fundraising and community events, managing volunteer engagement, and supporting the organization's public relations efforts. This role is central to how The Villages connects with donors, partners, and the broader community — translating our mission into meaningful experiences that inspire support and action. The Development Manager is an organized, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families across Indiana.
