Position Summary: RLM Underground is looking for a Telecom Construction Supervisor with some prior underground or aerial telecom experience to support our growing construction operations. This role is responsible for overseeing construction sites, ensuring employee and crew safety, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and homeowners. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance field oversight, quality control, and customer satisfaction. Must be willing and able to travel as needed.
