- Level 5 of the SCHADS award + Superannuation - Part time employment (0.7FTE or 26.6 hours per week) in the East - Regular supervision, reflective practice, and management support - Salary packaging including novated leasing, and meals and entertainment card - Access to EAP service - Learning and development opportunities - Role based in outer Western Suburbs About the Role: As a Children and Young People’s Practitioner (CYPP) , you’ll play a key role in supporting children and young people experiencing family violence. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver trauma-informed, strength-based case management and advocacy that empowers families to achieve safety and stability. You’ll: - Provide direct case management for children and young people in refuge and crisis accommodation whilst working with a key case manager / mum's case manager. - Conduct comprehensive MARAM risk assessments , safety and needs planning, and coordinate referrals to specialist services. - Supporting engagement with education, health, and wellbeing supports. - Building strong, trusting relationships with children and young people to promote safety, resilience, and positive dev...
