Management Trainee is a developmental role where the trainee will learn all aspects of the foam manufacturing which include production activities, shipping and receiving, equipment, and inventory. The trainee will learn to lead a high-performance work team across multiple product lines and processes to meet production goals and to optimize performance and operational profitability.
