Overview FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As a Senior Program Analyst, you will provide high-level analytical and advisory support to your assigned CSOSA division — conducting life-cycle cost analyses, evaluating program efficiency, developing policies and procedures, analyzing legislative impacts, and supporting complex employee and labor relations matters including reasonable accommodation, adverse actions, and MSPB proceedings, all while advancing CSOSA's mission of public safety and offender supervision.
