Job Details: Maintenance Intern Functions: · To Maintain and promote the Tyson Safety culture. · Receive Training and experience in Maintenance to start your career. · Perform various duties as required/assigned. · Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs. Description: This posting is for a Maintenance Intern position on the Clarksville Complex. This Internship will last for one year. This is a paid position which pays $19.35 per hour. It will be scheduled for 28 hours a week. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Tasks: General Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production. Must be willing to set up, adjust and break down production line machinery. You will learn through first-hand experience about industrial maintenance in a fast-paced, high demand environment. Interns will receive instruction but will also work on the equipment.
