Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Education, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience managing educational content lifecycles, editorial calendars, or digital programming within the video or online media sector. - Experience leading projects across departments such as production, marketing, product management, and external research centers. - Experience analyzing viewership data and market trends to inform programming strategies and leading presentations. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree in Education focusing on Technology, Innovation, Human Development, or a related field. - Experience collaborating with high-profile academic institutions to integrate child development research into commercial content. - Ability to involve or contribute to youth or educator advisory committees, summits, or professional organizations.
