FLEX Director, Hardware Asset Management

This is a temporary position. JOB SUMMARY The Director, Hardware Asset Management (HAM) is a senior, enterprise-wide leader responsible for defining and operationalizing a globally consistent hardware asset management program that governs the full lifecycle of physical IT assets across regions. This role spearheads global HAM strategy, governance, process standardization, and performance management to improve lifecycle visibility, optimize utilization and cost, reduce operational risk, and ensure audit readiness. The Director, HAM leads a multidisciplinary, globally aligned team of hardware asset management subject matter experts and partners closely with Finance, Procurement, Information Security, Compliance, and Operations to deliver scalable, repeatable outcomes across distributed locations and asset populations.
