Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday – Friday scheduled for eight hours between 7:00 am – 4:30 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid position working 2 – 3 days per week at East Madison Hospital, in Madison, WI, and the remainder working from home after the training period. We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: - Lead and support payroll and staff scheduling functions, including daily timekeeping review, payroll corrections, schedule updates, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and pay practices. - Serve as a primary resource for staff and leaders regarding payroll, scheduling, time-off requests, and related policies, providing accurate guidance and timely issue resolution. - Provide leadership support through management of calendars, maintenance of agendas, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating activities and schedules for management and department teams. - Coordinate administrative aspects of Perioperative Services, including preparing reports, researching issues, and assis...
