This role combines recruiting execution, operational infrastructure, professional development, and employer brand strategy. You will help ensure we scale deliberately and smoothly. What You’ll Do: Recruiting: - Lead full-cycle recruiting across research, engineering, and key operational roles - Define role scope, evaluation criteria, and interview structure with hiring managers - Manage interview processes and candidate communication - Ensure a smooth, positive, and welcoming experience for candidates throughout the hiring process - Optimize ATS and recruiting workflows Internal Training & Development: - Lead firm-wide professional development initiatives and recruiting programs - Identify skill gaps and implement str...
