Job summary: We are seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to support accounting, reporting, and technical research activities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. This role will assist in preparing and reviewing US GAAP financial statements, assisting in performing technical accounting analysis, and supporting the evaluation of complex transactions, including business combinations, and debt and equity arrangements. The Senior Financial Reporting Analyst will support accounting activities for mergers and acquisitions, including purchase price accounting, valuation procedures, and post‑acquisition integration. This role will partner closely with Finance, Legal, and Tax to ensure accurate and timely reporting aligned with business objectives. The position will also assist with external auditor requests on technical accounting matters and support SOX and internal‑control documentation.
