Summary Provides leadership of installation site quality for aircraft modification programs, ensuring full compliance with contractual, regulatory (Part 145), and Safety Management System requirements. Drives disciplined execution of the Quality Management System while upholding VVIP “fit and finish” standards. Develops and leads a high-performing team that proactively manages risk, strengthens customer confidence, and delivers measurable, sustainable improvements aligned with program and business objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Oversees and Coordinates on-site Quality Management leading up to and during the Completion Process. · Ensures that Quality management processes are adhered to including FAA regulations, Greenpoint onsite Quality Management requirements and AS9100. · Able to hold the delegation of Chief Inspector for the Part 145 Repair Station Certificate and perform the duties as listed in the Repair Station Manual · Coordinates and communicates with the on-site Installation Managers and supports them with status suitable for their reporting to the Program Management organization · Oversees the Installation Conformity Process coordinating the Designat...
