POSITION SUMMARY: Reports To: Program Manager: Trainings: Annual Trainings in Relias, HealthStream, Occupational Medicine; Rutgers CSS Required Training. CPI required within 90 days of hire or transfer. American Heart Association BLS and Heart Saver First Aid (HSFA) required within 90 days of hire or transfer. Career Development : Case Manager - Therapist - Therapist II Position Summary: The Case Manager will possess a Bachelor's Degree in one of the helping professions, such as social work, human services, counseling, psychiatric rehabilitation, psychology, or criminal justice. Staff with a Bachelor's level degree in a field other than a helping profession (as listed above) shall have a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in a community behavioral health setting. Certification as a psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner may be substituted for one year of the required two years professional experience.
