GA Telesis Engine Services (GATES) is a full-service engine overhaul and repair station located at Helsinki International Airport in Vantaa, Finland, specializing in both heavy maintenance and light repairs (SPAH) for General Electric and CFM International engines. We are looking for a Customer Support Trainee to join our Customer Support team for this summer. The team is responsible for customer support & project management of jet engine repairs, assisting with shop visit financial optimization, invoicing, status reporting and customer visits. Successful candidate in this role should have a technical mindset to be able to learn technical aspects of turbine engine technology and repair processes; enjoy working with culturally diverse customers based in different locations around the globe; communicate effectively on all levels of organization; be structured and able to successfully coordinate several projects simultaneously with a good eye for detail.
