Global Positioning System (GPS) and Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) Instructor General Duties: The Global Positioning System (GPS) and Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR) Instructor II position is a full-time, on-site position that will develop, instruct, validate, and maintain course material for the Officer Training Course (OTC) at the 319th Combat Training Squadron, Peterson SFB CO. Specific duties: - OTC course development: Translates GPS and NAVWAR into Course/Lesson Objectives; create lessons, supporting course material, and Course Control Documents (CCD) IAW Instructional Systems Design (ISD) processes and procedures. - OTC course instructor: Develop, qualify on, and instruct in-residence course materials consistent with the principles of Instructional Systems Design (ISD), and aligned to 319 CTS instructions, security classification guides, and other guidance as identified in lesson plans; determine and develop course content changes with Task Lead/stakeholders, prepare peer instructors to teach. - Provide GPS/NAVWAR-related classroom instruction in multiple OTC blocks. - Interface with GPS/NAVWAR agencies as required to maintain a state-of-the-art training program. - Coordinate instru...
