Overview Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will identify, attract, assess, and recruit external talent exclusively for Judge Technical Staffing. Operating as a trusted partner and valued advisor, this position will build a deep understanding of the Judge’s service offerings, role requirements, and desired candidate profile. Majority of the hiring will be focused on US based sales leadership, enterprise sales executives, seasoned account executives, and technical recruiters. The Talent Acquisition Partner will facilitate a positive and successful candidate experience and ensure there is a qualified and diverse slate of candidates being presented for each internal opening.
