Overview Salary: $77,920 - $119,478 + eligible for bonus program The Facilities Maintenance Manager/Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of building systems and infrastructure within a large-scale warehouse and distribution campus. This role ensures the facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all applicable regulations while minimizing downtime and maintaining operational readiness. This position requires a hands-on leader who promotes a strong problem-solving culture within the maintenance team. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive preventative maintenance strategy. They are comfortable researching technical solutions, learning new repair techniques, and expanding their capabilities to solve maintenance issues internally whenever safe and practical.
