The Shopper Marketing Manager is responsible for turning brand demand into purchase at the point of sale. This role sits at the intersection of brand, retail, and growth developing strategies and programs that influence shoppers in the moments that matter most. You will own the execution of high-impact retail and digital programs that drive conversion at retailer partners and bring the brand to life where customers are making purchasing decisions. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across retail media, in-store programs, retailer.com pages, promotions, and merchandising. What You’ll Own: Retail & Shopper Strategy: - Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies across key retail accounts. - Build programs that drive conversion at shelf, online PDPs, and retailer media networks. - Partner with retail team and digital team to support key retailer launches and initiatives. Retail Media & Digital Shelf: - Plan and manage retail media programs (Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart, Aisle, etc.). - Optimize digital shelf presence including PDP content, store locators, images, A+ content, and retailer landing pages. - Track and improve conversion pe...
