Sr. HCM Consultant Job Responsibilities: - Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving/debugging skills - Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously - Dedication to growing module knowledge and delivering new solutions - Develop strong rapport and gain trust of client base - Guide and mentor clients on usability of Oracle HCM Cloud - Research and analyze existing systems and processes; identifying data and process flows and integration points; articulate modification risks and barriers; recommending project approaches - Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis - Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects - Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud projects Sr. HCM Consultant Job Requirements: Work location is flexible if approved by the Company except that position may not be performed remotely from Colorado or in New York City. - Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud product, from planning to configuration through go-live - Impeccable communication and follow-up - Strong functional knowledge of the system - Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Visio, Excel - A...
