Job Summary: In this role, you'll provide leadership in managing and driving performance of the Transmission system. Provide both routine performance reporting, and performance analysis and insight to identify potential and necessary system or asset improvements. Oversee internal and external bench marking to ensure that performance of AEP system and asset monitoring systems is meeting established targets and is comparable or better than that of our industry peers. Develop growth strategies, programs, and capital forecasts related to system and asset condition monitoring systems, which are expected to exceed $10 Million annually . Develop long-term maintenance and renewal plans for AEP system and asset monitoring infrastructure. Oversee day-to-day operation and continued development of AEP Transmission Asset Health Center (AHC) and lead work with stakeholders across to organization to integrate the metrics generated by the AHC into capital improvement and maintenance planning processes.
