Position Purpose: The Customer Training Manager delivers customer facing content utilizing a variety of technologies. The Customer Training Manager is responsible for all aspects of creating live and pre-recorded trainings delivered with direct customer interaction. The Customer Training Manager works with cross-functional teams and functions as a subject matter expert creating and updating workshops and trades training sessions. The Customer Training Manager is responsible for the procurement of props and construction of sets as needed for sessions. The Customer Training Manager will interact with multiple levels and functions inside and outside the learning organization. The Customer Training Manager must be detail oriented, able to support multiple projects, possess excellent communication skills, work well with a team, and be a self-starter.
