Job Title : Programs & Events Intern Department: Programs & Events: Location: 1763 N Street NW, Washington DC and online Compensation: Unpaid: Duration: Summer 2026: May 18, 2026 - August 7, 2026 About Middle East Institute: Founded in 1946, the Middle East Institute is the oldest Washington-based institution dedicated solely to the study of the Middle East. It is a non-partisan think tank providing expert policy analysis, educational and professional development services, and a hub for engaging with the region's arts and culture. The Programs and Events Department organizes and manages all public and private webinars, roundtables, panels, and conferences. This team works closely with all other departments to ensure that programming aligns with MEI’s mission, remains timely and relevant, and fosters meaningful discussions on Middle East-related issues.
