Overview Opportunity: Aquatics Supervisor: Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Aquatics Department Essential Job Functions: - Lead by example, have a team mentality - Supervise lifeguard and slide attendant staff and promote a positive work environment. - Ensures all operational and safety procedures are properly followed - Maintain order and enforce pool rules in swimming and sauna areas. - Rescue swimmers in danger of drowning and administer first aid. - Clean the pool and sauna regularly of loose debris. - Keep chairs, etc. in order, arranging them neatly within the pool deck area. - Report to management any safety hazardous. - Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination within and other departments. - Maintains a working knowledge of Holiday Inn Resort emergency procedures, administers and coordinates emergency first aid as necessary, as well as, documenting incidents involving guests and employees. - Perform other duties as assigned - Conducts pre-shift meetings. - Perform other duties as assigned.
