What you get to do: The Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator supports high-volume summer hiring by assisting with candidate communication, interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and administrative recruiting tasks, helping ensure a smooth and timely hiring process during our peak season. - Interview and onboard SeaWorld CA and Sesame Place front-line employees. - Serve as front desk receptionist. - Create and maintain confidential applicant and employee electronic records. - Utilize the HR systems/records interface to on-board new hires. - Work on special projects as assigned, - Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the HR lobby. - Assist internal and external customers by answering questions and directing them to...
