JOB DESCRIPTION: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To Perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function. Responsible for establishing goals and metrics for functional area and drive the team to meet or exceed these goals and metrics. Work across the organization to ensure availability and accuracy of inventory. Maintain accurate records of all transactions. Effectively develop departmental budgets and reports. Partner with internal and external customers to identify customer requirements to ensure that their needs are met in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain staffing level to accomplish packaging operations in an effective and efficient manner; prepare work schedules to meet customer requirements and expectations and company schedules and specifications; use independent judgment to assign team member work duties to meet operational requirements; make sure team members and co-workers have the information needed to perform their job duties; approve leave and overtime as appropriate.
