Enrollment Systems Specialist

Job description

This position supports our internal sales channels (i.e. Chubb A&H), external clients, and brokers to ensure the seamless implementation of Chubb’s voluntary insurance products across multiple enrollment platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to configure client enrollments, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, product specifications, regulatory requirements and client-specific needs. They will play a key role in developing a centralized benefits technology relationship management model, driving efficient and scalable growth. Whilst, ensuring consistent alignment and communication with all enrollment partners to optimize the client experience and support business objectives. Responsibilities: Support key external strategic partnerships with insurtech vendors, enrollment, and fulfillment firms, focusing on platform strategy and performance. Serve as the primary contact for sales, brokers, and enrollment system partners, overseeing the configuration and testing of the voluntary benefit enrollment systems.
