Description The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across facility spaces. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and customers. The Janitor performs daily cleaning duties, minor maintenance tasks, and responds to service requests as needed. Summary of Essential Job Functions: - Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, hallways, and other common areas. - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors using appropriate equipment and materials. - Collect and dispose of trash, recycling, and other waste materials. - Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. - Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs and reporting facility issues. - Follow safety procedures and use cleaning agents according to guidelines. - Support setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or facility functions. - Other Duties as Assigned.
