About this role Carrier Commercial Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Area Project Manager Lead to oversee and manage all commercial construction modernization and Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls projects in the Houston/Gulf Coast area of Texas. This role requires a highly skilled leader to plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully while managing a team of professionals across multiple locations. The Leader will be responsible for coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to drive project success. Key Responsibilities: Primary work locations can be in one of these US cities: Houston, TX, and any other areas along the Gulf Coast down to the Rio Grande Valley. Lead and manage project schedules in collaboration with the project team to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Supervise and mentor a team consisting of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Controls Field Engineers. Ensure projects meet all milestones, timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
