Innovation. Our Bakers utilize commercial kitchen tools and equipment with elevated standards of quality and attention to detail to provide fresh baked goods for our dining venues. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Food production, working a commercial kitchen in a fast-paced environment. - Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment, kitchenware, chemicals, and linens. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all work and storage spaces. - Stocking kitchen, rotating and organizing product. - Completing sanitization and food safety protocols and logs with assistance and direction from management. REQUIREMENTS: - Culinary certification completion or one-year experience in a commercial bakery is required. - Must be able to obtain an Alaska Food Handler Card. - Must pass a pre-employment background check. - Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available. - Must be eligible...
