As a key member of the Aquatics team, an Assistant Swim Team Coach teaches both youth and their parents pool safety and swimming techniques and is responsible for proactive communication and maintaining a safe pool atmosphere while preventing accidents. The main purpose of this position is to provide a positive role model for members and to create a character-developing atmosphere. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES: Uphold the Mission of the YMCA Plan practice workouts prior to start of practice.
