At Datashift We help clients make sense of data and turn it into measurable business results and impact. As CTO, you combine hands‑on technology leadership and delivery at clients with a steering the technological future of Datashift on which technologies to adopt, watch, or ignore—keeping our delivery no‑nonsense, scalable, and secure. Your Responsibilities: Client impact Work with our clients as part of the Datashift team to define a reference architecture that fits their context, bringing clarity on relevant emerging technologies Be part of the commercial team for proposals and RFPs: design the solution, define scope and delivery approach, and align on effort estimates and assumptions. Own the tech direction for key engagements: from vision to architecture and delivery. Inspire by focusing on impact: you steer away from hype towards pragmatic roadmaps that fit the client’s industry, maturity, and constraints. Define reference architectures for modern data platforms (cloud, lakehouse, streaming, semantic/metrics layer, GenAI/LLMOps) and ensure they are adopted by technical teams.
