Registered Nurse Part-Time/Full-Time: Galambila Aboriginal Corporation is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service committed to delivering culturally safe, high-quality primary health care to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. About the Role: Culturally Safe Practice : Implementing care that is free from racism, respectful of Indigenous culture, and acknowledges the importance of family and community in healing. Clinical Care & Management : Conducting advanced health assessments, creating care plans, administering medications, and managing chronic conditions. Primary Health & Prevention : Delivering immunisations, health screenings, and early intervention programs. Advocacy & Navigation : Supporting patients in navigating complex healthcare systems and advocating for them, particularly when accessing hospital services. Community Engagement : Working with community members, families, and stakeholders to improve health outcomes and provide education.
