With over 900 employees, we are strengthening our position as a European market leader. The Sales Lab Lead is responsible for identifying and unlocking the next levers of growth for papernest. This role acts as a growth engine within the sales organization, testing new approaches, markets, and strategies to drive scalable revenue opportunities. You will own the full experimentation cycle: from identifying potential growth opportunities, defining strategies to capture them, executing tests, and analyzing results to determine scalability. This role also includes managing a small team of sales professionals and ensuring strong execution of growth initiatives.
