Salary: $191,244 - $300,000 DCS seeks qualified candidates for the Air-Sea Forces Support (ASFS) Sector Manager position. The ASFS Sector leads a $170M+ annual revenue portfolio across USN and USAF customers. The ASFS Sector is approximately 700 total employees with 5 that are direct reports. Essential Job Functions: The ASFS Operations Sector Manager is responsible for the successful execution and expansion of all services for a specified large-scale customer set. As such, the ASFS Operations Sector Manager is responsible for integrating the operation of all line organizations supporting customers within the specified set to optimize performance on all contracts and to exploit the capabilities of all line organizations supporting customers within the set to maximize DCS’ acquisition of new sponsors and contracts. The ASFS Operations Sector manager is also responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with other companies doing business within the same customer set and exploiting these relationships to increase DCS’ market share.
