We’re on the lookout for a Senior Support Worker who brings heart, energy, and experience to our day services . In this role, you’ll be supporting participants directly, helping run group activities, and stepping into key site coordination tasks that keep everything running smoothly. Four days a week you’ll be hands‑on with participants, and one day a week you’ll support the site with essential admin and coordination. What You’ll Be Doing: We are looking for someone with a Certificate IV in Disability (or higher/equivalent) and demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring a team within a support setting.
