Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Inspector is responsible for the inspection of finished goods, to ensure the quality of the product meets the production specification detailed by work instructions. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Verify finished goods meet production specifications as detailed by router, drawings, and inspection instructions - Perform leak testing on finished goods, using multiple methods of pressurized testing - Reject parts that do not fulfill customer needs and expectations. Communicate with appropriate supervisory staff. - Document pass or fail findings in the appropriate manner - Document information regarding non-conformance of products, materials, and parts - Follow the daily testing schedule to continuously meet quoted lead times - Follow standard work methods to ensure products are adequately tested and graded - Practice safe work habits. - Responsible for the 5S housekeeping system within assigned work areas by maintaining the work area and keeping the equipment in a clean orderly condition.
