Job Summary: Under general direction, plan, develop, implement, and manage a City- wide urban forestry and horticultural maintenance program; organize and supervise staff in the maintenance of all City trees, open space, landscaped bed and areas, City right-of ways and property, work closely with staff, community organizations, citizens, businesses, volunteer groups and others to formulate policies and procedures; and to develop short range and long range plans for the community urban forest management and maintenance programs.
