Job Title: Health and Safety Consultant Reports to: Director, Health and Safety Job Summary: As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will serve as a subject matter expert for a diverse range of clients across industries such as manufacturing, construction, and utilities. Unlike an in-house role, this position requires the ability to quickly assess unfamiliar environments, identify gaps in compliance, and provide scalable solutions. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, maintaining high billable utilization, and acting as a strategic partner to client leadership. Travel required based on client needs. Duties / Responsibilities: - T echnical Advisory & Project Management - Conduct comprehensive Gap Analyses and compliance audits against OSHA, MSHA, or ISO 45001 standards for various client sites. - Develop tailored Safety Management Systems (SMS) that align with a client's specific operational scale. - Provide specialized technical support, such as overseeing OSHA Grade D breathing air certifications or industrial hygiene monitoring programs. - Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deliverables are submitted on time and within the allocated budget. - Client R...
