Job Description As a Lead Kitchen worker you will be responsible for: - The Lead Kitchen Worker is responsible for communicating with management. - Leads the Kitchen worker staff. - Responsible for washing, cleaning, and polishing equipment to ensure it is ready for use; sorting and cleaning dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils and ashtrays. - Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards. - Will be responsible for completing any other duties assigned by the Department Management. - Employees are expected to be prompt, present and prepared for all scheduled shifts. - Must adhere to the Wynn Las Vegas Stewarding Department standards. Qualifications: - Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English. - The ability to speak a second language is considered a plus. - Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or in another physically demanding profession is preferred, but not required. - Candidates must exhibit leadership skills and ability to guide employees. - Requires the ability to work with chemicals and within a team environment. - Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work car...
