The Global Credits and Incentives Leader is responsible for transforming the organization’s approach to government credits, incentives, and grants from an opportunistic model to a strategic, targeted approach that maximizes enterprise value. This role focuses on identifying, securing, optimizing, and governing government incentives by establishing and managing global standards for credits and incentives across regions and functions. The role collaborates closely with regional teams and cross-functional stakeholders to provide governance, implement standardized processes, and drive financial performance across global operations.
