Maintains the appearance of the area behind the bar. - Maintains and stocks the ice bins, beer cooler, and stock room. Rotates stock and faces forward all labels for easy access. - Makes sure that bottles of house wine are open. - Keeps dishes and glasses washed and put away during assigned shift. - Completes side work at end of a shift including but not limited to restocking of bar supplies, walk-in cooler, tearing down wells and general clean up. - Ensures completion of break sheets of all empty bottles.
