About the Role You will work with the development of packaging material and converting solutions in an environment where performance, functionality, and production quality are in constant focus. The role sits close to both engineering and production, which means you will help improve equipment and processes that are used in a technically advanced converting setup. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues, support stakeholders across the organization, and contribute to work that moves from investigation and testing into practical improvements.
