About the Role: - The Control Uplift & Testing Team is a first line risk team that forms part of Non Financial Risk business in the Retail Australia division. - The team is responsible for controls testing of business controls for the Retail Division and the Commercial Division. Control Testing is an independent evidence-based assessment of whether a control is designed and operating effectively to meet its stated aim – including linked Control Objectives and the scope of the control. - As a Control Uplift & Testing Expert, you will report to the Control Testing Team Lead. The role is key in helping manage the end to end control testing lifecycle from control testing plans through to executing on control effectiveness testing requirements. To ensure control testing is completed compliantly, efficiently and effectively in line with the NFR Framework requirements for the Retail Division and Commercial Division.
