The Opportunity We are looking for a Technical Engineering Program Manager (P3) to drive execution of large-scale data and platform programs within the Adobe Unified Platform. This role requires a solid understanding of the data lifecycle, data platforms, and ETL/ELT ecosystems, along with the ability to deliver programs that drive measurable business impact. What You’ll Do: - Drive end-to-end execution of programs, including planning, scheduling, and prioritization of deliverables - Track progress, manage risks/issues, and provide regular status reporting - Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution and coordination - Understand upstream and downstream data dependencies and ensure alignment across teams - Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and QA to support delivery goals - Connect program breakthroughs to business outcomes and track progress against defined metrics - Identify risks early and work with teams to mitigate or resolve issues - Remove blockers and ensure smooth program execution - Support cross-functional communication and coordination to maintain alignment - Contribute to building and improving program management processes - Promote coll...
