Job Summary The Registrar Lead is responsible for overseeing and supporting the patient registration process, ensuring accurate capture of demographic and insurance information while maintaining efficiency and compliance with hospital policies. This role serves as a lead resource for registration staff, providing guidance, training, and support while also assisting management in daily departmental operations. The Registrar Lead is expected to ensure a high level of customer service, mentor team members, and assist with quality assurance initiatives to improve patient access functions.
