RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide exceptional customer service to nursing home staff, physician office staff, and patients always via phone; - Enter data into a specialized computer system; - Dispatch AHA's Mobile Phlebotomists and Couriers; - Track specimen collection and reporting; - Trouble shoot missing, incomplete, and incorrect orders; - Must have the ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients and coworkers always; - Exceptional Customer Service skills, a must.
