***RETAIL CAREER***: Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the Store Manager in planning, organizing, coordinating and managing the sales, operations, customer service and personnel activities of the assigned store. The incumbent is responsible for recruitment of new staff members and the initial and ongoing training of new and established employees. This role is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in successfully meeting the sales and profits goals set by leadership; and guiding and supporting employees in meeting or exceeding those established goals.
