Description PromptCare is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, provide direct supervision of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, and ensure the safe, accurate, and compliant delivery of pharmacy services. This role focuses on team leadership, coaching, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance while supporting high-quality patient care. The Pharmacy Supervisor may serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) as needed, in accordance with state licensing requirements. This role requires participation in a rotating on-call and weekend schedule (approximately every 4–5 weeks and as required to ensure pharmacy coverage).
