Summary: Applicants must possess a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school and must have successfully completed an accredited residency training program in Psychiatry. Candidates must hold a current, active, and unrestricted California medical license and be board certified in Psychiatry through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. The candidate must also possess and maintain a current DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate. Candidates must have CPR (BLS Provider) certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Certification may be obtained prior to orientation. A minimum of three to five years of experience in an outpatient mental health clinical setting is preferred.
