JOB TITLE: Group Facilitator: EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Fee-for-Service: SCHEDULED HOURS: 4:30PM-8PM: PROGRAM/LOCATION: Explore, Manchester, CT: ABOUT THE PROGRAM : Explore Manchester Manualized 26-week program for adult men convicted of a domestic violence offense. Focuses on educating offenders on the impact of violence in various relationships and utilizing skills to manage stress and emotions in a more productive way. ABOUT THE POSITION: Group Facilitator: QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Masters preferred. Experience: Experience with content area: eg. Substance abuse, domestic violence. Experience with groups or education setting.
